What is Item Shop?
Item Shop is where you can do shoppings on in-game items. For RanOnline, our item shop is called “RAN SUPER STORE”. Before start shopping, you have to have myRosso Point. Please follow this way to check out more on myRosso Point.
Where is the Item Shop?
You can locate RAN Super Store (item shop) by clicking on the top banner.
Where can I get my purchased virtual items? You need to login game, click short cut key 'B' and collect from virtual bank.
Can I refund the purchased myRosso Points?
No. myRosso Points are not refundable once the purchased done. Please reminded becareful during when buying from SuperStore. For english server players, please purchase the item on RanOnline english website, while for the chinese server players, please do the purchase on RanOnline chinese website.
