Added 5 seconds of time limitation to reopen Item Bank.
- Once the Item Bank is close, there will be a cooldown time of 5 seconds before
the player able to reopen it again
Skill will be removed when character change the equiped weapon.
Blood Divided skill for swordsman class has been readjusted.
