Minimal Support for Customer Service on Raya Aidilfitri Holidays & Weekly Maintenance Postpone to Friday.

Dear Players,

Greetings!

As on the 1st October 2008 till 2nd October 2008 is Raya Aidilfitri Holidays, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.

However, during those days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in during those two days, the customer service staff will start to process on Friday (3rd October 2008).

At the same time, RAN Online server weekly maintenance will be postponed to Friday, 03rd October 2008, 10:00AM - 12:00PM (GMT+8).
