Yahoo Email Complication

Dear Players,

Due to the spam mail filter, myRosso are constantly unable to send mails to players using Yahoo service.

Therefore, the game membership notification system are only able to send the mails to Yahoo per day two email to players that requested for email hints or security code number. (Malaysia's time: GMT +8: 12:00am till 11:59pm) This may also be applicable to other service provider other than Yahoo.

In regard to this, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd would like to remind the players to ensure that the email that players use to register for an account with myRosso are correct and complete.

*If the email registered are incomplete, players will not receive any mail from myRosso membership notification system.*

To overcome this problem, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd will use the Yahoo mail myrosso_cs@yahoo.com to reply to players for those who does not receive their mail. Any enquiries are to send back to customerservice@myrosso.com as myrosso_cs@yahoo.com are only for replying mails. Mails sent to myrosso_cs@yahoo.com will be ignored. Kindly identify above email addess to avoid any scam cases.
