Guide to Change Password
In order to enhance membership security, myRosso members are now required to enter the safety code [Security Code] as to enable a successful myRosso password reset or change. This feature will be activated after 25/10/2007;10:00AM(GMT+8) system upgrade.
If members were to lose the [Security Code], they will have to provide sufficient details along with a copy of the I/C to prove that the account belonged to the member. However, if the account has been involved in account trading or insufficient details, myRosso reserves the rights to reject the claim to the security code to protect the rightful owners' rights and interest.
Should you come across any problems, you are welcomed to inquire and contact our customer service. Please be reminded not to share password or any data with other people for safety purposes. Should any cases like these happens, the owner of the original account would have to bear its own losses and harms.
