RAN Friend List Reset Service

Dear RAN Online Players,

Our RAN Customer Service Team is now providing [Friend List Reset Service] to players who want to empty their current Friend List. (*List will completely back to ZERO)

Please be informed that the Friend List will only accommodate 100 names, thus the system will stop adding any new comers if your Friend List exceeds the limit.

Kindly fill in the following information and send to customerservice@myrosso.com if you require for this service.

• Server : Chinese / English
• Contact number:
• Description: e.g. My friend list is full. Please help me to reset & clear the list.

Note:
We will unable to restore or roll back the friend list once it has been reset and players may have to add in friend name one by one.
