Due to recent hacking cases report, we, myRosso would like to take this opportunity to advise and remind all players about the important of your account security.
1.
Please do not share your account and password with anyone. From our statistic shown most hacking cases happened to players who intentionally choose to give out account details to 3rd party for character leveled up services.
2.
Currently there are website hosted by scammers which claim to provide leveling services. ("daiwan 代玩"), by requesting account details and password from players. These scammers will take advantage to embezzle or sell the account’s items for personal gain.
3.
We also discovered that some hackers attempt to login players account by randomly key in simple password combination. Thus, players are advised to create a set of more complicated password to keep your account safe.
4.
Please do not use similar login account name and password for different games or website, especially those who have share out their account details before.
5.
Please do not exchange/trade game account or use prepaid card/cash money to purchase any ingame items from other players. As this behavior may result in account's disputing problem, account being hacked, or account banned if proven to have any hacked or stolen item. Players are at their own risk of losing their corresponding accounts and items.
