Collect Network Data !

Dear Players,

myRosso noticed numbers of network lagging and login complaints were reported recently. We feel very sorry for the inconvenience caused. For the sake of improving the quality of the game, here we would like to collect players network information and to take further investigation as to find out the actual cause of all these issues.

We call for your cooperation to kindly follow below instructions:

Testing (I)

start-> run -> key in “cmd” and press ENTER -> key in “ ping myrosso.com -t ”.

After 3 minutes, right click at “Command Prompt” and select “ Select All ” and press ENTER.

Open NOTEPAD. Press “ctrl + v” to paste the result.

Finally, save it as “ping.txt” file.

start-> run -> key in “cmd” and press ENTER -> key in “ tracert myrosso.com ”.

Please wait Command Prompt to execute testing. When “Trace complete” prompt, it showed the testing is completed.

Next, right click at “Command Prompt” and select “ Select All ” and press ENTER.

Open NOTEPAD. Press “ ctrl + v ” to paste the result.

Finally, save result as “ tracert.txt ” file.

Kindly attach the testing results (ping.txt and tracert.txt), testing date and time, Internet Service Provider(ISP), Service subscribed (i.e. TMNet dial-up 1515, TMNet Streamyx, Maxis broadband, etc) , where you online (Regional area , i.e. KL, Sabah, Sarawak, etc) and email to us at customerservice@myrosso.com
